LIVE ANIMAL GUARANTEE
We guarantee that your gecko will be 100% healthy for seven days after delivery. When receiving an animal we ask that someone be present when the animal(s) arrive. Packages are not automatically sent out, a mutual agreement on a shipping date will be made before any animals are shipped.
HEALTH
If your gecko shows any signs of illness within the seven day guarantee please contact us within 24 hours so that we may help and/or work out a solution. If you fail to message us within this period the guarantee will be void
DEATH ON ARRIVAL (DOA)
If your gecko arrives DOA you must contact us within 1 hour of its arrival to discuss a solution.
DROPPED TAILS
Geckos may drop their tails on their journey from us to you through shipping, stress, or no reason at all. We are not responsible for the loss of your geckos tail as this a completely natural response.
SEX GUARANTEE
All animals will be marked with their appropriate sex, any animal marked male or female is guaranteed to be sexed correctly. Animals marked as unsexed/poss. male/female are not guaranteed and is determined through pore sexing which is not always accurate.
GENERAL TERMS
You must be 18 years or older to purchase animals, if under you must have the consent of a parent or guardian before purchasing any animals with The Gecko Garage. We have the right to refuse sale

PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are set over a 30 day period for geckos above $150
To inquire about a payment plan on a specific animal you can contact me on my Facebook page or Instagram
Payment plans will only be considered when paying for a gecko over $150 with a 25% non-refundable deposit Full payment must be received in 30 days unless other arrangements in payment have been discussed or else the deposit will be forfeited and the animal will be re-listed for sale.
Payment plans may not be accepted if payment cannot be completed before shipping window closes
HOLDS
The Gecko Garage issues 2 week holds unless the animal is being held due to unsafe weather. Animals on hold will not be permitted to be sold to other potential buyers.

We do NOT do holds on animals under $250
GECKOS ABOVE $250
Geckos above $250 will have a 25% non-refundable hold fee for two weeks unless a payment plan as been arranged.
By sending the deposit amount you have read and agree to the hold terms.
