SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is not included in the price of the geckos listed. Shipping is done through FedEx via ReptilesExpress as Priority Overnight which means packages may arrive at 10:30am the following day, we are not responsible in any package delays. Shipping happens between Mon-Wed, so that it is ensured a gecko will not be stuck at a hub through the weekend. We currently only ship within the United States.

​Animals will only be shipped between 40F-85F for home deliveries and 35F-90F for morning hub facility pick-ups. Shipping dates will be mutually agreed on based on these conditions.

​Make sure you are providing the correct address when purchasing an animal to ensure your guarantee.

All animal sales are final unless discussed otherwise

DEATH ON ARRIVAL

In the case your animal dies upon arrival through shipping you have 1 hour to contact us about it and you will receive a full refund or the choice of a new gecko with equal value

DEATH WITHIN SEVEN DAY PERIOD

In the case your animal dies within the seven day guarantee period you must contact us within that period and you will receive a 50% return of what you paid with credit toward the store or 50% off the purchase of a new gecko with equal value.

IN THE CASE YOU ARE UNABLE TO NO LONGER CARE FOR THE GECKO PURCHASED

You are encouraged to contact me so we may talk about purchasing the animal back.
